About the Role

The Employee Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing, training, and managing home health care employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, and client needs. This role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support home health aides, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.

  • Conduct staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations to maintain high professional standards.

  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure best practices.

  • Address employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness.

  • Maintain detailed employee records, scheduling, and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement improvements in staff performance and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure all employees are up to date on required certifications, training, and continuing education.

  • Assist in the hiring and retention process to build a strong, dependable team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in home health care supervision or a related healthcare management role is required.


  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage scheduling efficiently.

  • Working knowledge of state and federal home health care regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and scheduling software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support staff.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
